　　Sample1：What is your greatest strength?

　　关于个人优点，应试者不可以只是简单回答"I'm really organized, punctual and get along well with others."找到农信社所看重的或者是应聘岗位所需要的特长，是回答这个问题的关键。应试者可以谈一些与实际工作相关的优点，如：details-oriental、patient、cautious，通过优点的展示，证明自己能够胜任应聘岗位的实际工作。

　　【Reference answer】

　　My greatest advantage is my strong will to reach my target.I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I've planned. I always set high goals for myself.

　　I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate from university as the top student. And even though I had a lower start in my first year, I made up for it successfully by hard work and lots of reading.

　　In future work, I still will play the advantage of insistence, strive for excellent performance.
